Loops ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our habit tracking app and website.
Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (securely hashed). This is used solely for authentication and account recovery.
Habit Data
We store the habits you create, your daily check-ins, and completion history. This data is used to provide the core functionality of the app and to generate your weekly AI reflections.
Waitlist
If you join our waitlist, we collect your email address to notify you when Loops is available.
How We Use Your Information

- To generate personalized AI reflections based on your habit patterns
- To sync your data across devices
- To send important updates about your account or the service

AI-Generated Reflections
Loops uses Anthropic's Claude API to generate weekly reflections. When generating a reflection, we send your habit names, completion rates, and streaks to this service. We do not send any personally identifiable information like your email address. The AI does not store your data after generating the reflection.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud infrastructure provider. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We implement row-level security policies to ensure you can only access your own data.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@loops.today.
